VSF to meet with students on unfair business practices for first exit of Legality and urban decor
Corruption prevention, petty crime and civic engagement. These are the topics that were addressed today, April 15, at the Francesco Algarotti Institute of Higher Education in Venice thanks to speeches by VSF, the Vittorio Occorsio Foundation, the National Anti-Corruption Authority and the Venice Police Headquarters.
During the conference “Unfair Business Practices,” the first event of the “Legality and urban decor” area, an insight was provided on the current situation of the territorial social context in which the young students, protagonists of the morning, are growing up.
The goal of the day was to help young people understand what they can concretely do to protect and promote legality in the everyday life of the area in which they live. From the dialogue it emerged how the concept of legality should not simply be accepted, but built together.
After the opening greetings, speeches were given by Paolo Giacomazzo (Anac), Commissioner Gian Lorenzo Camardella, Melina Decaro and Fausta Cristofani (general secretary and FVO member, respectively), and Francesca Ingrosso, VSF project manager.
The speakers sensitized students to an understanding of the values that characterize compliance and urban decency, encouraging them to use these parameters as a source of inspiration for daily choices.
