VSF took part at the presentation of “The New Abbecedario del Made in Italy”
VSF took part in the National Made in Italy Day, Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Villa Widmann in Mira (VE), during which it was hel the national preview of “The New Abbecedario del Made in Italy,” a project promoted by Confartigianato Imprese Veneto, Confartigianato Imprese, Fondazione Germozzi Onlus and Strategy Innovation.
The volume, published by the Germozzi Foundation and edited by linguist and literary critic Beniamino Mirisola, declines 21 words that tell the story of contemporary Italian craftsmanship. Each word, from Avant-Garde to Zeal, offers a tool through which to explore the world of craftsmanship, where tradition and innovation give rise to products and services that define the excellence of Made in Italy.
Speaking on behalf of VSF was Damiano De Marchi, who shared his thoughts on the theme of sustainability and the role of artisan enterprises in enhancing the productive and cultural heritage of the area, also to increase the degree of sustainability of tourism.
During the event, speakers Carlo Bagnoli (Ca’ Foscari University and Strategy Innovation), Isabella Collalto de Croÿ (Association for Venetian Villas), Sebastiano Cattaruzzo (Ca’ Foscari University), and Roberto Boschetto (Confartigianato Imprese Veneto) discussed how sustainability and innovation can contribute to the revival of the artisan sector in an era of profound economic and social change.
